Galgorm Group were successfully awarded this project in the Merchant Square building with Gilbert Ash in 2020 and began to work on site towards the end of that year.

​

We were enlisted to co-ordinate the outline designs from the architects, and then provide and install the extract canopies, cold rooms, kitchens and bespoke front of house counters in line with the architectural finishes across levels 5 and 7 of the building. 

​

Level 5 houses the main kitchen, prep and warewashing areas along with 3 unique display counters in the front of house. Each display counter serves a different style of food and drink, and all have a unique top and fascia combination. 

​

Level 7 of the building houses a regen kitchen back of house, and a stunning Corten style counter with backlighting and solid surface. 

​

All counters were coordinated closely with the architects and the manufacturer (Proline), with cooking equipment by Blue Seal, Rational ovens, Williams Refrigeration and Winterhalter warewashing facilities.
