The home of Northern Ireland football team and Linfield FC received a massive upgrade in 2016 and Catering Concepts were proud to be part of it. This project was to provide a main production kitchen on the ground floor and 3no. satellite kitchens on level 2 to cater for the 3 hospitality suites. A side-line to this was that the main production kitchen was also to have the capacity to produce enough food for the 16 concession kiosks within the stadium which would be opening in March 2017.


With all of this in mind, Galgorm Group have designed a kitchen with a central cooking island equipped with pressurised Frima Vario Cooking Centres, Rational 40 grid combi ovens equipped with plated banqueting facilities and Blue Seal heavy duty cooking equipment. The modular refrigerated storage and roll-in blast chillers were installed by Williams Refrigeration, and the warewashing area is equipped with a Winterhalter rack dishwasher with energy-saving heat pump, as well as Winterhalter first UF series Utensil washer in Ireland.

In 2017 Catering Concepts completed the hand over of the 16 concession kiosks to the IFA which they had worked closely in designing and specifying alongside the stadium caterers, Sodexo Prestige. The catering facilities here, we feel, are fit for such a prestigious stadium and the home of the IFA.
