As of 2024 Galgorm Group have completed 3 sites for this fast expanding pizza restaurant which belongs to Ashley French and Paul Catterson. Based on high quality ingredients, supreme dough and great coffee they opened the first store in the old Cafe Connor site on Stranmillis in 2021. The team quickly realised the need for a larger store and quickly enlisted us to develop designs on their second site on Talbot Street in the Cathedral Quarter. Not long after CQ opened the guys had an opportunity for an existing restaurant site on Bedford Street and again enlisted Galgorm Group to re-design the existing store to suit their model.

Stranmillis and CQ sites cook using the gas-fired Marana rotating base pizza oven. Bedford Street is an all-electric site and the team here cook on an electric Sveba Dahlen high temp pizza oven to achieve their designed taste and crust following extensive trials.

All sites have bespoke fabricated pizza and coffee counters with adjustable shelving, tiled or wooden fronts and solid surface tops. They all also include a high-speed oven, soft serve ice cream machien and a remote chilled cold room.
